UFK's modern processing plant at Doha commenced
operations during the first quarter of 2004 with
a variety of products that are expected to cater
to the needs of both domestic and international
consumers. The Company is committed to achieving
and maintaining the highest product quality and
production standards.
In 2004, UKF initiated steps to obtain the ISO certification.
UKF is now ISO 9001:2000 certified. Also, in response
to the European Community's certification requirements
on exports to the EU, the Company has obtained the
HACCP certification as well.
