and preserves the inherent quality of shrimp and fish
right from catch till the product dispatched to customers.

Frozen – In Freshness
UFK shrimps and fishes are
caught, cleaned, portioned, packaged and frozen to -180C
core temperature and stores at -180C or below, within
hours of being landed, by means of IQF Spiral freezing,
Air blast freezing and plate freezing.
This rapid processing and freezing preserves the flavor,
moisture and texture of shrimp and fish and keeps its
freshness and taste.

Procedure
Any customer complaints are
analyzed and logged and handled as per UFK Customer complaint
procedures. The compliments, complaints and comments are
received by Quality Assurance Manager, who relays the
compliments and complaints to the relevant departments.
Any concern is then investigated to ascertain the cause
of the concern and appropriate corrective and preventive
actions are taken.
