Danah Salmon Fillets
Butter, melted
Lemon juice
Chopped parsley
Crushed dill weed, rosemary, or marjoram
Salt
Coarsely ground pepper
Method
Line broiler pan with foil and place Danah
salmon fillets on the well greased rack.
Combine the remaining ingredients, and baste
the salmon with this mixture. Broil 4 inches
from heat source, allowing 10 minutes cooking
time per inch of thickness measured at its
thickest part, or until the salmon flakes
easily when tested with a fork. Do not turn
salmon. Baste several times during cooking.
Makes 8 servings. May also be charcoal grilled.
