Rinse fish with cold water and pat dry.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Place
Danah crème dori fish in a greased
grill basket or a greased grill rack. Grill
on an uncovered grill directly over medium
hot coals for 4 -5 minutes per side, or
until fish flakes easily. Top each fillet
with 2 -3 tbsp. salsa, and serve immediately.
Fresh Salsa
3 Medium tomatoes, chopped
¼ Cup Onion, chopped
4-6 Tsp. Finely chopped jalapeño
peppers
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Tsp. Salt
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño
peppers, vinegar, and salt. Let it stand
at room temperature for about 30 minutes
before serving. Chill to store. Makes 3
cups salsa.
