Sautéed Danah Shrimp With Peppers And Onions
 
 

Ingredients

Danah Peeled Shrimp
Yellow pepper, cut into cubes
Red pepper, cut into cubes
Medium onion cut into cubes
Package of fresh mushrooms (approximately 15)
Plum tomatoes cut into 1/8ths
Lime
Lemon
Cayenne pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1½ Stick butter or margarine

Method
 


Sauté the peppers and onions in 1 stick of butter, with cayenne and garlic until nearly soft. Add the mushrooms and cook until nearly done. Add the tomatoes last (home grown make it best). Add the juice of the lemon at any time during this, and turn down the heat. Sauté the shrimp separately in the remaining ½ stick of butter with garlic and lemon - lime until pink, and then combine with the sautéed vegetables. Serve on rice. Makes about 4 servings.
