Rinse Danah salmon, and pat dry. Cut the
fillets into equal size serving pieces.
Place in a single layer in a shallow microwavable
dish. Melt butter in a small microwavable
dish on high for 20 seconds. Stir in shallots,
cover with a plastic wrap, and microwave
on high for 60 to 90 seconds. Stir in lemon
juice, wine, and marjoram or dill. Spoon
over salmon. Cover with a plastic wrap,
and microwave on high for 5 minutes, or
until the flesh is slightly translucent
in the thickest places. Rotate the dish
a ¼ turn, halfway through the cooking.
Allow to stand for 2 – 3 minutes before
serving.
