Mix together the egg and milk in a bowl.
Dip the shrimp in the flour, and then in
the egg and milk mixture, and then in coconut
flakes. Put on a tray, and freeze for 1
hour.
Heating Directions: Place
the oil in a skillet and heat on medium
flame for about 5 minutes. Place the shrimps
in the pan, and brown one side for about
4 minutes, and then turn the shrimp over
to brown the other side. Sweet and sour
sauce goes great with this preparation.
