Cajun Barbequed Shrimp
 
 

Ingredients
   


1 Lb

1 Tsp
1 Tsp
½ Tsp
½ Tsp
½ Tsp
½ Tsp
1/8 Tsp
1½ Sticks
1½ Tsp
1 Tsp
½ Cup
¼ Cup


Danah Jumbo Black Tiger Easy Peel Shrimps
Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Salt
Crushed red pepper
Dried thyme leaves
Dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Dried oregano leaves
Unsalted butter (6 oz)
Minced garlic
Worcestershire sauce
Clam juice
Beer at room temperature (non-alcoholic)

Method
 


Combine 1 stick butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings in a large skillet over high heat. When butter melts, add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, shaking the pan back and forth. Add remaining butter and clam juice, and cook by shaking back and forth for another 2 minutes. Add beer and shake for 1 more minute. Remove from heat, and serve hot with rice or French bread.
