Combine 1 stick butter, garlic, Worcestershire
sauce, and seasonings in a large skillet
over high heat. When butter melts, add shrimp
and cook for 2 minutes, shaking the pan
back and forth. Add remaining butter and
clam juice, and cook by shaking back and
forth for another 2 minutes. Add beer and
shake for 1 more minute. Remove from heat,
and serve hot with rice or French bread.
